For more than 35 years, Jeff Schultz has worked across animal agriculture, fresh protein, retail and foodservice—building businesses, developing customers and helping organizations turn commercial opportunities into measurable growth.
Nearly 25 of those years were with Hormel Foods, including the sales and marketing of fresh pork, beef and turkey, customer development, commercialization and commercial leadership. Earlier in his career, Jeff worked directly in animal agriculture, advising producers, managing swine operations and providing management oversight for cattle herds.
